Position: Junior Qualifier (Sales Closer) — Final Expense

We're hiring a Junior Qualifier for our Final Expense sales campaign in our BPO.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads interested in Final Expense insurance
• Pitch the plan, build rapport, and qualify the client's interest and eligibility
• Close the pitch and transfer the qualified call to the licensed agent for final sale

What We Need:

• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in Final Expense, insurance, or BPO sales preferred
• Comfortable working target-driven US shift hours
• Confident, empathetic phone presence (this is a sensitive, emotional product — tone matters)
