Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage department budget and report on HR metrics.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages communication and collaboration.
  • Lead initiatives for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns effectively.
  • Competency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment, effectively collaborating with team members and management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and employee training programs.
Additional Information:

This position is a full-time, on-site role requiring interaction with staff at all levels within the organization.

The HR Manager will report directly to the Senior Management team and participate in strategic planning.
