Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product designers to deliver innovative and user-friendly product designs.

• Develop and cultivate a deep understanding of user needs through user research, data analysis, and feedback.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines across all product designs.
• Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at various levels through presentations and reports.
• Mentor and provide feedback to designers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, UI/UX, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.
• Experience with design software and tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in product design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the design industry.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to market.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
