About the Opportunity

The Catalyst Group is hiring on behalf of its client, One Skin, a fast-growing skincare brand, for a Marketing Manager – Sales & Brand Growth role reporting directly to the CEO. The role will lead brand building, performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and new product launches to drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen brand equity. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven marketer who can combine strong brand thinking with a sharp focus on sales performance and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with sales and growth targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer, market, and competitor insights.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth while strengthening brand equity.
Performance Marketing
  • Lead paid marketing across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize ROAS, CAC, conversion, and customer acquisition performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
Brand Management
  • Lead brand-building initiatives across all customer touchpoints.
  • Refine brand positioning, messaging, and digital presence.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand communication.
Customer Engagement
  • Oversee social media, content, influencer, and CRM programs.
  • Improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Use customer insights to drive marketing decisions and performance.
New Product Development
  • Support new product development from concept through launch.
  • Assess market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and launch execution.
Channel Growth
  • Drive sales growth across E-commerce, Modern Trade, Key Accounts, and Pharmacies.
  • Develop channel-specific growth initiatives and partnerships.
  • Monitor channel performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Marketing Operations
  • Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships.
  • Establish KPIs and performance reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive execution excellence through data-led decision-making.
Candidate Profile
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within skincare, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and scaling brands.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and execution capabilities.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, growth-oriented marketer with a results-driven mindset.
