Oladoc is seeking an MTO, Content and Partnerships

Lead content creation and partnership development for Fit by oladoc. You will create engaging food and lifestyle content that demonstrates Fit's calorie and nutrition tracking in real dining settings, and use that content to build collaborations with restaurants and cafés across Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Create original short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, featuring Fit's AI Meal Scanner and Zoya AI Health Coach, to a standard worth publishing on oladoc and Fit by oladoc's public pages.
• Develop content concepts, hooks and formats, and shoot them on location at restaurants and cafés across Lahore.
• Identify, approach and onboard restaurant and café partners, managing each relationship from first outreach to live collaboration.
• Support collaborations with creators, trainers and gyms, and maintain accurate tracking of all partner activity.
• Use AI tools across scripting, voiceover, post-production and outreach to produce content efficiently at scale.
• Review content performance and apply insights to improve each subsequent release.
• Contribute new content and partnership ideas on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Strong creative instinct: you know what makes a video worth watching, sharing and posting.
• Confidence on camera, and working editing skills to finish what you shoot.
• Working fluency with AI tools such as Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs and Runway.
• Excellent communication in English and Urdu, with the ability to engage business owners professionally.
• A self-directed approach and the initiative to learn quickly.
• Full-time availability for a minimum of 3 months, working 100% on-site in Lahore, including field shoots.
