About Taraki
Taraki is building the hiring infrastructure for Pakistan. We connect the country’s talent with the companies that need it through a job marketplace, an applicant tracking product, and an offshore recruitment service.
This role sits within our offshore recruitment services function, where we place top-tier Pakistani talent directly with funded startups in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, helping them build and scale quickly.
The Role
You will build our outbound growth and sales engine. You will own the systems that turn a qualified account into a sales conversation: identifying leads, enriching them, and reaching them.
Your managers will be responsible for messaging and closing accounts. Your job is to help fill their calendars with the right people and build the machine that keeps doing it.
Your Responsibilities
- Document the ICP: Build a sharp, written profile of the accounts we should target and continue refining it as we learn.
- Build target account lists on an ongoing basis: Source the most relevant accounts within our ICP using defined signals, and refresh the lists regularly.
- Set up the infrastructure: Build and maintain the CRM, data sources, deliverability setup, and multi-channel outbound sequences.
- Help run personalized outbound across email and LinkedIn: Work with your manager to run campaigns manually at first, identify the messaging that works, and then systematize it once it has been proven.
- Help build the positioning and objection-handling playbook: Document what works so it becomes a repeatable system rather than tribal knowledge.
- Nurture existing accounts: Run a value-add motion with existing clients to surface expansion opportunities and warm introductions.
Qualifications
Must-haves
- At least 1–2+ years of experience in outbound, growth, or GTM, including experience building and maintaining an outbound motion.
- Hands-on, demonstrable experience running cold outbound using the modern GTM stack, including Apollo, Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a CRM such as HubSpot.
- Experience building enrichment and personalization workflows, including waterfall enrichment, signal-based plays, and AI-powered personalization.
- Comfort using Claude, Claude Cowork, or similar AI tools to build automations and accelerate research, list-building, and copywriting.
Preferred
- Experience selling to early-stage startups, or a background in recruiting, staffing, or development services.
- Hands-on experience with email deliverability infrastructure.
- Experience with signal-based outbound.
- Experience running or working within a lead-generation or GTM agency serving international clients.
