We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Lahore (Onsite) Raya DHA

Timing: 11 am to 8 pm

Leather Gift NY is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube)
• Analyze campaign performance using ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM & Conversion Rate
• Improve sales funnels, landing pages, and customer acquisition strategies
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
• Manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & Conversion API
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Performance Marketing experience
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with eCommerce marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
