Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences and can partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ship impactful work.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process from discovery and research through to final delivery for key product areas
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems, user journeys, and success metrics
• Conduct or support user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed UI designs
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences across web and/or mobile
• Advocate for user-centered design and help shape product strategy through design thinking
• Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
• Maintain and evolve design systems, patterns, and guidelines for consistency
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design, with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into simple, usable solutions
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and layout
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in your industry or similar digital product environments
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of basic front-end capabilities and constraints
