About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong product sense and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our on-site team. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on UI/UX design with product management responsibilities. You’ll be part of a fast-moving product studio, working on launching MVPs for early-stage startups across various industries.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about crafting thoughtful user experiences and wants to grow into a product leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product and design decisions across the lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Lead end-to-end project management for software and product development projects
• Drive deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Break down feature requests into user stories, wireframes, and product roadmaps
• Work closely with product, development, and business teams with a focus on leveraging AI and no-code/low-code platforms to translate ideas into actionable features
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a software development agency or tech startup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Figma for both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design
• Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies, including AI and no-code platforms (e.g., Framer, Webflow, bubble.io, Jira)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
