About WizVend
WizVend is a specialized Amazon service provider helping brands scale on Amazon across marketplaces (US, EU, UK). We manage PPC, catalog optimization, creative, compliance, and account health for our clients – primarily European and UK brands. Our team is a mix of onsite and remote specialists.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our technical delivery team. You will be the operational backbone, ensuring projects run on time, teams collaborate effectively, and both client and internal systems continuously improve. This role is critical for employee retention and long-term team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Workflow Management – Oversee multiple client accounts and internal projects using ClickUp / Asana. Track deliverables across PPC, catalog, creative, and compliance teams.
- Process & SOP Development – Build, document, and refine SOPs for both client-facing and employee-facing workflows. Ensure repeatable, scalable systems.
- Team Coordination – Manage a mix of onsite and remote team members (30+ people). Assign tasks, monitor progress, remove blockers, and hold teams accountable.
- Performance Evaluations – Conduct quarterly performance reviews for team members. Identify strengths, growth areas, and training needs.
- Retention & Culture – Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. Drive employee retention through clear communication, recognition, and career development support.
- Client Alignment – Occasionally liaise with European and UK clients to provide project updates and ensure expectations are met.
Required Experience & Skills
Core Project Management (Mandatory)
- 3–5+ years of PM experience in a digital agency or e-commerce service provider.
- Proven ability to manage 30+ people (onsite and remote).
- Deep expertise with ClickUp and/or Asana.
- Strong grasp of Agile principles, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Track record of building systems, SOPs, and conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
Amazon & Technical Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (3+ years minimum).
- Understanding of PPC, listing optimization, A+ Content, inventory, account health, and compliance (US/EU/UK).
Soft Skills (Essential)
