Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for newly developed or existing software solutions.
• Identify, log, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and test cases.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues to determine failings in the system and suggest improvements.
• Perform regression testing after updates or fixes.
• Provide feedback on usability and functionality to enhance the end-user experience.
• Document test procedures and results for future reference and analysis.
• Monitor and ensure strict adherence to QA guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and scripts.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Ability to work in an on-site setting, collaborating closely with development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and methodologies.
• Experience with web-based application testing is a plus.
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing is an advantage.
