Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in HR. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Publish and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms
- Maintain an organized candidate database and update recruitment records
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, online job portals, and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or hands-on experience in recruitment or HR
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
