Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in HR. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Publish and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms
  • Maintain an organized candidate database and update recruitment records
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, online job portals, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or hands-on experience in recruitment or HR
  • Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
