Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving the sales targets within their assigned region. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients to increase market penetration and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned region.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve high performance and foster a culture of success.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop key relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to create comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in all sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales management, preferably in a regional role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable sales insight.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the region.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A track record of developing strategic sales plans and executing them successfully.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license.

This role is an on-site, full-time position and requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can drive growth and lead a successful sales team within the region.
