Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide a consultative approach to customers regarding their product/service needs.

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with different sales techniques.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time on-site position, requiring engagement with customers and colleagues at the office or client locations.
