• Active Directory administration and patch management oversight
• Daily SOC and cybersecurity report review with mitigation follow-up
• VAPT oversight and backup/recovery report review

Vendor & SLA Management

• Vendor SLA tracking and escalation
• Ticket closure review and critical item escalation
• Telecom and connectivity coordination
• User account lifecycle management – creation, activation, deactivation

SAP / GSAP

• Daily GSAP postings per SOP
• SM35 transaction file postings
• Credit limit, exposure, and debit/credit note postings
• Sales system and GSAP reconciliation
• Bank and GSAP interface support

BI & Integration

• BI bug and data mismatch logging and escalation
• Integration troubleshooting coordination
• Wet Stock Management and VMI support routing

Working Hours

Sunday–Thursday, standard business hours plus after-hours for planned or critical activities
