- Vendor SLA tracking and escalation
- Ticket closure review and critical item escalation
- Telecom and connectivity coordination
- User account lifecycle management – creation, activation, deactivation
SAP / GSAP
- Daily GSAP postings per SOP
- SM35 transaction file postings
- Credit limit, exposure, and debit/credit note postings
- Sales system and GSAP reconciliation
- Bank and GSAP interface support
BI & Integration
- BI bug and data mismatch logging and escalation
- Integration troubleshooting coordination
- Wet Stock Management and VMI support routing
Working Hours
Sunday–Thursday, standard business hours plus after-hours for planned or critical activities
