Job Summary:
Techtiks Global PVT LTD is seeking experienced and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialists to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in USA and UK energy campaigns, preferably gained with a reputable and well-established organization within the BPO, telecom, or energy sales industry. Candidates should possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Lead Generation: Maintain a high level of outbound activity by consistently meeting or exceeding daily and weekly dialing targets.
- B2B & B2C Engagement: Confidently navigate both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) landscapes, effectively pitching energy solutions to both homeowners and commercial decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Actively build, organize, and nurture a robust sales pipeline. Ensure systematic follow-ups with warm leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based assessments with prospective clients to explain the benefits of competitive energy plans, highlighting cost savings and efficient rate structures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in USA and/or UK energy campaigns.
- Experience with a well-known and reputable organization in the BPO, energy, or sales industry will be highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, dependability, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work afternoon and night shifts.
