Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and experience of our products. You should have a strong portfolio and be passionate about user-centered design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process for product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
• Conduct user research and leverage insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for a variety of digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency in design and implementation across all product platforms.
• Advocate for the user's perspective throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate best practices into the product design process.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design specifications and processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design fundamentals and methodologies.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of professional design experience.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
