Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that strengthens our brand presence and drives audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone skilled in content ideation, scriptwriting, short-form videos, and social media storytelling, who understands trends and can consistently produce high-quality content aligned with business goals.

Work Setup

• Position: Content Creator
• Location: Paragon City, Lahore
• Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand positioning and marketing strategy
• Write compelling scripts, captions, and hooks
• Stay updated with social media trends and industry insights
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns
• Manage content calendar and posting schedules
• Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
• Appear on camera when required (if applicable)
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube content strategies
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Confident personality with strong on-camera presence (preferred)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
