We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist who knows how to build brands through content. This role is for someone who is sharp-minded, proactive, and passionate about social media — someone who can think strategically, create engaging content, record reels, write compelling captions, and turn ideas into viral-worthy content.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement
- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Create high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, shorts, and carousels
- Record and edit reels/videos for social media content
- Design engaging creatives using tools like Canva, CapCut, and similar platforms
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and short-form content that drives engagement
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Work on branding and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social media trends
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas quickly
- Ability to create, record, and edit engaging reels and short-form videos
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, and other basic editing/design tools
- Strong copywriting and content writing skills
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Someone proactive, energetic, and execution-focused
- Portfolio/sample work is highly preferred
