Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate MEAN Stack Developer to join our Core Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust microservices, optimize system performance, and deliver seamless user experiences for our logistics and fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-performing, scalable web applications using the complete MEAN stack.
• API & Backend Integration: Design, write, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Frontend Excellence: Build responsive, modular, and dynamic user interfaces using Angular (v12+).
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB collections, ensuring high availability, performance, and data security.
• Performance Optimization: Diagnose bottlenecks, optimize queries, and implement caching mechanisms to deliver fast response times.
• System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and tracking systems into existing workflows.
• Code Quality & CI/CD: Write clean, maintainable code with unit/integration testing, and participate in automated deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development using the MEAN stack.
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, state management, and modern UI frameworks like Angular Material or Bootstrap).
• Backend: Deep understanding of Node.js and Express.js asynchronous event-driven architecture.
• Database: Hands-on expertise with MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, aggregation frameworks, and performance tuning).
• Version Control & DevOps: Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• API Design: Expertise in building and consuming RESTful and WebSockets APIs.
