We are looking for a Software Engineer with 1-2 years of experience who is comfortable working in Python and excited about building AI-powered solutions. This is a remote role based out of Lahore, Pakistan, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work on modern AI agent use cases.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services
• Build and improve AI agents and automation workflows for internal and customer-facing use cases
• Integrate and work with OpenAI APIs to create intelligent features and tools
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and ship new features end-to-end
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or similar large language model (LLM) platforms
• Basic understanding of how AI agents, prompts, and workflows operate
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and communicate clearly with the team

Nice to have:
