Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product design requirements and translate them into user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and prototype user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency across all product offerings.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to implement designs and ensure specifications are met.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product design, including a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a product design role.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work on-site as part of a full-time role.
