Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Develop and execute product strategies consistent with the company vision.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
• Define product features and requirements based on market demand and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps to communicate direction and progress.
• Provide product training and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present product reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with different teams, listen, and adapt to feedback.
• Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Certification in Product Management, Agile, or a related field is preferred.
