Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the needs of students in Urdu, English, or Math.
• Evaluate and assess students' progress and provide feedback to ensure educational growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop cross-curricular activities.
• Participate in department meetings, professional development, and other school events.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ academic progress and behavior.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest educational practices and integrate new teaching strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in the respective subject.
• Proficiency in the subject area and familiarity with the curriculum standards.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, the respective subject, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure as required.
• Proven experience in teaching at the desired level (primary, middle, or high school).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in the respective subject or Education.
• Experience with digital teaching tools and online education platforms.
• Prior experience in preparing students for standardized tests and assessments.
