Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals and objectives.
Ensure high levels of productivity and quality within the team.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review performance and provide feedback.
Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion.
Foster a positive team environment and promote open communication.
Identify team training needs and organize development opportunities.
Monitor team performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate interdepartmental projects and initiatives.
Resolve and manage conflicts within the team professionally.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced work environment.
Strong understanding of performance metrics and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Leadership training or certification is a plus.
