Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, QA, and Clients to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification sessions.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
  • Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in the banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technical architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SaaS, AI, FinTech, E-commerce, or enterprise applications within the banking sector.
  • Knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
