Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, QA, and Clients to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification sessions.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in the banking sector.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Familiarity with software development processes and technical architectures.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SaaS, AI, FinTech, E-commerce, or enterprise applications within the banking sector.
Knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
