Job Description:

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of sales experience is acceptable; however, eagerness to learn and grow within the sales field is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is advantageous but not required.
• Comfortable working in an on-site setting.
