Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for new and existing alumni.
• Evaluate training needs by consulting with managers and conducting surveys.
• Create instructional materials, handouts, and manuals to enhance learning.
• Monitor and report on training progress and provide continuous feedback.
• Adapt training delivery methods based on audience and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with other trainers to enhance training programs and ensure consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a training or teaching role.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant certifications in training or related areas are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to engage participants and facilitate learning initiatives effectively.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.

Work Environment

• This is an on-site, full-time position.
• Must be able to work collaboratively within a team setting and also independently when required.
• Occasional travel may be required to deliver training at various company locations.
