Job Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications across iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
  • Lead the UX process from discovery through delivery: user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business requirements and technical constraints.
  • Conduct and synthesize usability tests, A/B tests, and user interviews to continuously refine product experiences.
  • Build, document, and maintain a scalable Design System, including components, tokens, and usage guidelines to ensure product-wide consistency.
  • Communicate design rationale through well-structured presentations, annotated specs, and design reviews with cross-functional teams.
  • Embed accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design practices into every stage of the design process.
  • Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and tooling to bring fresh, validated ideas to the product roadmap.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped digital products (web and/or mobile).
  • Expert proficiency in Figma components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (icons & vector UI assets) and Adobe Photoshop (asset optimization & visual enhancements).
  • Solid command of design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour theory, iconography, motion, and micro-interactions.
  • Hands-on experience with user research methodologies, interviews, surveys, card sorting, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.
  • Proven ability to design fully responsive interfaces across multiple breakpoints and device types.
  • Understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS basics) to enable efficient collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
