Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are maintained across all operations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to improve team performance.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor and control warehousing costs, including labor, supplies, and equipment.
• Implement and maintain a high level of organization within the warehouse.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and logistics documentation.
• Use warehouse management systems to track and report on key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and warehousing principles.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Certifications in warehouse management or logistics can be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and logistics solutions.
