Job Summary
The Zonal Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving sales growth, and leading a team within a designated zone. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple locations while maintaining a strong customer focus. The successful candidate will report to senior management and play a pivotal role in regional business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the zone.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent service delivery across all locations in the zone.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and operations staff to maximize performance and foster career development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor financial performance, preparing and managing budgets to meet financial objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-location business.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.

Qualifications
