📍 Locations: San Francisco, CA | Newport Beach, CA | Alexandria, VA
💰 Salary: Starting at $175,000 annually (DOE)
🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid flexibility
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling complex commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement, and public law matters for a diverse nationwide client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney looking for greater case ownership, direct client engagement, and meaningful involvement in litigation strategy.

⚖️ Key Responsibilities

Manage complex litigation matters with increasing independence.
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive legal briefs.
Oversee discovery, motion practice, and case preparation.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and strategic client discussions.
Collaborate with experienced partners on litigation strategy.
Handle commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, administrative proceedings, and appellate matters.

🎯 Required Qualifications

6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
Experience with commercial litigation, regulatory matters, or public law.
Background at a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice preferred.
Active California Bar membership or ability to obtain admission promptly.
Judicial clerkship or government experience is a plus.
