About Edversity

Edversity is an EdTech company operating under the Rapidev Group of Companies. We build practical, industry-aligned learning programs that help graduates and professionals gain job-ready skills in emerging technologies.

About the Program

The AI Automations program is an intensive, hands-on weekend course. Over four weeks, learners move from automation fundamentals to building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agents for real business use cases. Each learner finishes with a capstone automation project they can show to employers or use in their own work.

Role Summary

The Lead Instructor will own the delivery of the AI Automations program from start to finish. This includes finalizing the curriculum, teaching every weekend session, guiding learners through hands-on labs, and evaluating their capstone projects. We are looking for a practitioner who has built real automations in production and can explain them clearly to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum and content

  • Finalize the curriculum, weekly learning outcomes and session plans in coordination with the Edversity academic team.
  • Prepare slides, demo workflows, lab exercises, templates and reference material for every session.

  • Keep content current with the latest AI tools, model updates and automation practices.

Teaching and delivery

  • Teach automation fundamentals: triggers, actions, APIs, webhooks, JSON and data mapping.
  • Demonstrate building workflows with no-code and low-code platforms such as n8n, Make and Zapier.
  • Teach prompt engineering and how to integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into workflows.
  • Guide learners in building AI agents, chatbots and RAG-based assistants connected to business tools.
  • Run live, hands-on labs and adapt the pace for both beginners and experienced professionals.

Learner support and assessment

  • Supervise a capstone project in which each learner automates a real business process end to end.
  • Design and grade weekly assignments, quizzes and the final project against clear rubrics.
  • Answer learner questions during sessions and through the program's communication channel between weekends.
  • Track attendance, progress and engagement, and flag learners who need extra support.

Program quality and coordination

  • Coordinate with the Edversity program team on scheduling, learner communication and logistics.
  • Ensure lab environments, tool accounts and API access are ready before each session.
  • Promote responsible AI use, including data privacy, security of credentials and human review of AI output.
  • Share a short end-of-program report on learner outcomes and suggestions for improving the next cohort.
