Location: Denver, Colorado
Job Type: Full Time - Onsite ( No relocation)
Salary: $125,000 – $185,000
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and defend first/third-party insurance claims.
- Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, bad faith.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
- Attend court hearings.
- Conduct examinations under oath
Required
- JD from ABA-accredited school
- Active Colorado Bar — MANDATORY
- 3+ years litigation in a law firm
- Insurance defense/personal injury/coverage preferred
- Local to Denver — no relocation
