Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 3-5 years of proven onsite construction experience.
- Strong experience managing and supervising construction sites.
- Previous experience in a Construction Manager, Civil Manager, Assistant Construction Manager, or similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of civil construction, site execution, and construction practices.
- Ability to supervise contractors, site teams, and daily construction activities.
- Experience monitoring project progress, quality, materials, and timelines.
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements, and site requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress, materials, manpower, and work quality.
- Identify and resolve onsite construction issues promptly.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
- Report project progress and site issues to management.
Preferred Candidate
A practical, hands-on civil professional with strong onsite exposure who can independently manage construction activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently.
