Location: 𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗦 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝟲, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗵-𝗲-𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹, 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶
Timings: 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 (𝟰:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 – 𝟭:𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗠 & 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬 AM – 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 AM)
Working Days: 𝟲 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 with one weekly off
Salary: 𝗣𝗞𝗥 𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 – 𝟭𝟮𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 (𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Last Mile Operations Executive to support and optimize delivery operations for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and excellent English communication.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery center
• Resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly
• Ensure effective route planning and load distribution
• Manage and support the onboarding of 1099 delivery drivers as required
• Monitor and ensure timely and efficient load management

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
