Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while collaborating with team members to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform code reviews and implement software development best practices.
  • Test applications to ensure quality, performance, and security.
  • Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and project meetings.
  • Maintain technical documentation and improve existing systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or PHP.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and software testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Django, .NET, or Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
