Location: Concord, NH
Salary: $135,000 - $175,000 base
Level: Non-Equity Partner | Minimum Portable Book: $275,000+
About the Opportunity
Seeking an attorney with an established Trusts & Estates practice looking to gain the support, infrastructure, and resources of a larger firm platform. Billable hours: 1,600 minimum in year one, 1,700 thereafter — if met, 10% bonus on origination + 10% bonus on receipts.
Qualifications
- Established Trusts & Estates practice
- Minimum $275,000+ portable book of business
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships
- Strong practice-development and origination capabilities
- Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire
