Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain operations ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for process improvement or optimization.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Maintain and update inventory and order records to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure efficient procurement strategies.
- Handle any logistics challenges or issues that arise, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with current regulations and industry trends affecting supply chain management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supply chain or related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in supply chain management or logistics are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain analysis and process optimization.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing environments and requirements.
